1.  Returns

• We accept returns within 7days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.

2.  Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to be credited to your account.

3.  Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain items, such as opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
